Damaged Artwork Procedure
If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please send us clear photos of the damage for verification. If necessary, repackage the item as securely as possible and document it for insurance purposes.

Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and an additional 14 days to complete the return shipment.If the artwork simply doesn’t fit your space or preference, you may still return it at your own shipping cost. A full refund will be issued once we receive the returned artwork in good condition.
