Graffiti art represents a form of primitive beauty

Felix Durand is a self-taught artist who has never studied in an art school. He enjoys painting freely, creating whatever he feels inspired to paint.

In the beginning, he focused on realistic works—landscapes, portraits, flowers, and other subjects. Later, he realized that competing with a camera made little sense. Since then, he has stopped making sketches and paints purely by instinct — painting whatever he wants, however he wants. He enjoys graffiti-like artworks, believing that graffiti art represents a form of primitive beauty.
